Position Overview
As the Program Manager you will own and drive key sales opportunities throughout the development process with a focus on reducing margin erosion. You will work with several teams including Sales, Sales Support, Creative Development Center, Logistics, Business Management, and Factory Production. You are goal oriented, able to manage multiple programs at once and solve any problems that arise. This position reports to the Manager, Program Management.
You’ll:
· Communicate timelines and deliverables to relevant teams and their members
· Own and manage high-revenue programs
· Document and track program milestones
· Make decisions with respect to profit margin and risk mitigation
· Present, share information, and communicate with team members at all levels of the organization
· Analyze and summarize programs after completion and deliver findings to the team for key takeaways and learnings
· Have prior experience in consumer product program or account management
