Welcome to 2018 and the NEW project: u Individual Plan to Wellness! The Enterprise iscommitted to supportingyou and your wellness goals. And with any new initiative, goals and accountability must be built in for it to be successful. So, how does this work?

Where to begin:

1st: Think of the top 3-6personal goals that you would like to achievein 2018 and write them in the table below.

2nd: Look at the 6 month calendar of Enterprise Wellness Events and select what can help you achieve thosegoals.* (If something is not listed, please let us know and we can work on adding it to our wellness program. Reach out to Tracey Niskar or Myra Ebarb with ideas.)

3rd: Share your goals. Find a wellness buddy, whom you can work with to help hold each other accountable. Also, consider having these as personal quarterly rocks to keep you on track.

Remember, to be successful they should be SMART- Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Timely

Stop smoking

Lose 1 lb a week

Workout 3 times a week

Reduce blood pressure

Schedule physical exam

Walk for 15 minutes a day

Reduce fried foods or sugar to no more than 2x a week

Eat 2 more fruits and vegetables each day

Create a budget

Sign up for a walk/run

Put away $25 a week in savings

Increase water intake

Focus on self-development and/orspiritual enrichment

Take the stairs not the elevator

Improve sleep patterns

Start or learn a new hobby

Spend more time with family
