Initials are a creative agency based in London with award-winning expertise in shopper, live engagement, promotional, social and digital marketing. They are taking Naked Juice to three festivals this summer. The agency has worked closely with Naked Juice for several years and has successfully supported a number of projects involving live engagement activations.
Event overview: For the second year, Initials plan to do live engagement activationsthat sit within the mindfulness areaby creating a stunning retreat in the heart of the bustling festival, inviting people to follow their curiosity and unleash their creativity.Last year festival goers were led through a door, down a leafy tunnel, and were welcomed into Naked’s quirky woodland hideaway where they could unleash their creativity. The space was adorned with foliage, flowers and lights, with natural ingredients hanging from the trees. Visitors could try Naked’s smoothies from themed self-service juice kegs. flavours
Number of Volunteers Required: They have an opening for one more staff to come along and help with the activation. This person will need to help with distributing samples, talking to festival goers and help with the restocking of the juice bar. Some of the work may involve lifting boxes, carrying product from one place to the other, so please be prepared for this!
Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities:What do you want volunteers to do?
The roles have not been fully set yet but will require some of the following:
- Meet our Event Manager at designated location
- Support your EM where necessary with sampling Naked juice to festival goers
- Restocking Naked dispensers
- Running stock from chiller vehicles to stand
- Deliver key message to consumers
- Be enthusiastic and friendly when talking to consumers and passers-by
- Keep the site space clean
Additional Information:The activation will be live from 10am – 6pm. After 6pm staff will be free to enjoy the festivals andbe ready to start again by 10am in the morning.
Expenses: Initials will cover transport costs and a food allowance per day.
The festivals provide camping space for the staff, it is preferable that bring your own tent. Please advise if you can bring your own tent and equipment.
