Proposed Residential Care Medication Chart Sector Feedback Questions
Anupdated draft medication chart building on the feedback received previously and sector experiences is being piloted in seven sites. In addition, views are sought on the proposed chart’suseabilityand underlying processes from:
- Aged Residential Care (ARC) providers and staff
- general practitioners
- community pharmacists
- District Health Boards (DHBs) and staff
- sector representative groups
- other interested parties.
