For the comparison of serum inflammatory markers between patients with CRMO, JIA or Crohn’s disease at the time of diagnosis, and controls, data were analyzed using non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis tests (variance analysis) followed by Mann-Whitney U test and pairwise comparison. In the table, results from Mann-Whitney U test are displayed. For Bonferroni correction p values were multiplied with the number of comparisons (x6). P values <0.05 were considered statistically significant. P values that did not indicate statistical significance after Bonferoni correction are in parentheses.
