Transport
Coming from abroad, the most convenient airport is El Prat,Barcelona. There is a direct train from the airport terminal that arrives to the train station Sants Estació (2,60 Euro).
There are frequent trains to Barcelona and the journey takes on average 35minutes.
When you arrive to Sants Estació it’s necessary to get the subway to arriveto the Hotel.
The best station subway for arrival to HOTEL ARC is Drassanes (green line) It’s 5minutes walk.
The best station subway for arrival to HOTEL ICARIA BARCELONA is Villa Olimpica (yellow line) it’s 15minutes walk

HOW CAN YOU MAKE A RESERVATION OF ROOMS?
Participants will need to register individuallyand the hotel requests credit card details in case of 'no-show' without cancellation by 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday 22nd October 2008. You should send your details to Ms. Rosa Roda by e-mail [ saying that you are a participant of the meeting organized by Asociación Salud y Familia and detailing the nights for which you require accommodation.

FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT HOTEL BOOKING
The deadline with guarantee of availability for booking is the 22nd October at 9h00. The deadline for calling off the reservation without any charge is the 22nd of October at 9h00. The information that must be given to make the reservation is: name and surnames, number of nights and let know that this reservation is due to Health and Family meeting. A later date Support Service will confirm the reservation and will request more information, like credit card number, etc.
These conditions are strict because at the same dates in November, Barcelona welcomes one of the biggest international Meeting Point and all the hotels are in full occupation. Finally, about the credit card, I confirm you that Support Service accepts any kind of credit card and they will request all the information needed when they let you know the booking confirmation.

HOW TO ARRIVE FROM THE HOTEL TO THE PLACE OF MEETING
From HOTEL DE L’ARC you can get the bus number 59at Rambla street and this bus stops in front of Hospital del Mar (15 minutes).
From HOTEL ICARIA BARCELONA you can go walking (15 minutes).
