Tiger Classic
- Do we keep the same weekend? - We liked the weekend and hope to keep it on Home Coming
Weekend again. We are thinking about moving it to the Saturday.

-Do we add a flea market to the day? We could have the flea market after the race. It would be in the Tennis Court area.

-We could possibly add food sales to the day.

-We made $2554.50 from the race. Revenue for the day $3185. Expenses for the day - $630.50.

-Next year we want to look into using a running website for registration.

-Advertising: We want to use road signs and do an e-mail blast to those who raced this year. We also want to look into the advertising through the Road Runners. It was also suggested to use the website: Runnersusa.

-Sponsor committee - This committee will begin marketingin January. Aggie Sassani has volunteered to be in charge of the committee. Joe will help make a Google Doc that people can input the name of businesses and which one they are willing to approach to talk to.

-Race suggestions
* Broadcast music through the race.
* Put the free food at the end of race
* We need to make sure the course is the proper length. Some runners commented that the course was 0.1 miles short. (Butch Oberlander volunteered to check the race course length.)
* Have an announcer to give results as they are entering the track (Maryann Delia wanted to do that.)
* Start and end at the same place.
* Continue to end on the home side of the field.
* Thank the Kiwanis on the day of the race. – Make sure they are in the booklet.
* Announce the names of the winners of the raffles.
* The gym will continue to be the back-up if it rains.
