Cake Collections
When you arrive to collect on the day, you will be invited in to check over your cake to ensure that you are happy with it; you will then be given a form that you need to sign before the cake can be given to you. - In the event that we are unable to deliver the cake due to conditions out with out control, i.e. weather etc, if this were to happen we would need to try and deliver on a different date or you would need to arrange collection of the cake yourself. If you need to collect the cake yourself then we would issue a full refund of the delivery cost only (no compensation will be paid) within 7 days of the non delivery cancellation date. However, if you cannot collect and we are unable to agree another suitable date then a full refund will be given for the cost of the cake and delivery charges.
- We offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius of our location, and then out with this radius we charge 60p per mile return trip thereafter.

Please ensure therefore, that the cake presentation table is level, stable and strong enough to hold the cake. An example a large 6 tier cake could weigh up to 7kg, please also remember that cakes can melt under extreme heat and cause the butter cream to split or chocolate to melt, if displayed near a window with sun shining directly on to the cake, or within a marquee in a hot summers day. Once the cake has been set-up, and signedfor, Premier Cake Creations cannot be held responsible for any interference or damage to the cake. Photograph wills be taken of the cake set-up on site, and attached to the back of the signed form that venue has signed.

Allergen Information
- It is your responsibility to advise me of any allergy’s at time of booking, I can not be held responsible if I was not informed.
- All cakes leave our premises with a blue allergen caution label on the box stating what allergens are in the cake, if you require a full list of ingredients please contact me, and I will be happy to provide this information to you, if you require this list you must ask for it a least 2 weeks before cake is due, in the event of any changes having to be made to the cake.

How to look after your cake
- Unless otherwise informed please note you should store the cake in the box it came in, and should be left in a cool room and away from strong smells
- When you collect the cake, you need to make sure that when you put it in your car, it is on a flat surface such as your boot, I do not recommend having it on the seat as they are not flat, and can cause damage to your cake due to it sitting at an angle.
- Please do not put cakes in the fridge unless told to do so, as cakes with fondant icing can not be stored in this way.
- Please store your cake is a safe place away from animal(s) and children, and where it can be easily knocked or bumped, in case of damage to your cake.
- Please ensure care is taken when cutting the cake, cakes such as fruit cakes, carrot cakes and cakes with nuts can crumble if not cut carefully. You might use a long serrated knife which is SHARP. If you have an ornamental cutting knife, please do not use this to cut the cake.
