Employee of the Month: Anthony Senn
Things are going pretty well here at Marr Road. The floors are an area of concern that is a work in progress. The crew does a remarkable job and works well as a team. We recently added Courtney Smith to the team, and are pleased to work with her. The Employee of the Month is Anthony Senn.

Residential Home Energy Assessments from Energizing Indiana are a smart approach to improve the comfort and efficiency of your home. All assessments can raise your home’s performance, lower energy bills, improve in-home air quality and increase your home’s value.
Energy advisors will guide you step by step through the process to produce long-term, cost-effective energy savings by:
•analyzing your energy use — We will assess the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in your home to determine if they are operating efficiently.
•recommending appropriate weatherization measures — We also may inspect your home’s air duct sealing, insulation levels and more to evaluate your home’s energy consumption and heating and cooling efficiency.
•facilitating the direct installation of specific low-cost energy-saving measures— We will bring an energy savings kit with low-flow showerheads, CFL bulbs and sink aerators.
Depending on your home’s specific energy assessment results and what service recommendations are completed, you may reduce your energy use the very first month!
•Once your home’s energy assessment is complete, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing what can be done to start saving energy and make your home more comfortable.
•Many times, a Residential Home Energy Assessment reveals that only simple and relatively low-cost improvements are necessary to achieve significant energy savings.
When you improve your home’s energy efficiency, you’ll see and feel the difference right away.

We appreciate the feedback.
We have been losing and hiring many employees. Please remember supervisors that we need a background check before any type of job offer is made. Also if any of the supervisors fax me new hire paperwork and don’t receive a call from me within 48 hours, please call me at (812) 314-3556 or on my cell. Every new employee should have a Chronotek number within 2 days of starting work.
For those of you that have any insurance questions, you can reach customer service at (800)325-4368. We will be having open enrollment in late September. Anyone who has been with the company for 6 months can enroll in life, dental or vision plans.
Thank you all for all you do!

North region update:
We got a contract to clean a new building at 603 Washington street. Our employee of the month is Judy Watson. She is awesome, hardworking and will come in to work anytime anyone is sick or unavailable. She also cleans the Artekna building, and they have had zero complaints. I would also like to recognize a new employee Tyson Golder. He has cleaned the whole building on Washington St by himself, and even offered to do it. He is a good worker.
