[1] The European Parliament will ensure accessibility to European Parliament buildings/offices and provide the necessary IT-tools or other technical equipment on the Parliament's premises, if feasible and if informed in good time of the specific adaptations needed.Please note that having regard to the necessary administrative procedures and short preparation time, the European Parliament cannot assure that there will be no delays in providing necessary accessibility adaptations; in case of delays the European Parliament will offer alternative temporary solutions.
[2]The European Parliament will provide trainees with information concerning possible options for accessible housing, transport and assistance, but does not guarantee the arrangement of these facilities. If trainees have special housing, transport and assistance needs, a disability allowance is provided to help cover these extra costs. No additional payment is available if trainees' expenses exceed the scholarship and the disability allowance.
[3]Please note that you are responsible for obtaining accommodation, signing the contract and paying the deposit. The European Parliament is however happy to provide you with a list of accommodation possibilities.
