eFESCO website Registration
1、Q: How to register on EFESCO?
Employee can enter web browser and choose English version in the upper right corner. Then the screenshots below show the login screen.
Click “register now”, the employee can see the following screen.
Please be noted when you doing registration...
1. Use your Chinese name if you have, no matter you are PRC or Non-PRC staff.
2. Use your most frequently-used identification ID which for tax reporting.
3. There is one 'Verification Code' will be sent to you to complete the registration (on E-Fesco's website) via the personal mobile phone number you updated in eFESCO system.

If user’s data match the data in eFESCO system, the web-site will show the e-mail for confirmation (If the user provided the e-mail information below). Web site collection certification is necessary now to ensure employee can enjoy all the services. If user’s data doesn’t match the data in FESCO system, the employee will get the note that “You are not our employee, so that you are unable to see the relevant data and services after registration.

2、Q: Why some employees are unable to query relevant data though they have registered successfully?
A: Employees of eFESCO are able to query relevant data in eFESCO system. The name and ID number/passport number must match the data in eFESCO system. If the data is not matched, the web will show that the ID number/password has been used or employees are unable to query the data of social insurance and salary information etc.
Furthermore, if employee is unable to query relevant information even if the name and ID card number/passport number is correct, the employee should contact eFEESCOservice people to confirm the data in FESCO system.
3、Q: What to do when forgetting password?
A: If forgetting password, the employees can use online self-help regain function to reset password.
Please click “Forgot your password?” in the login page, enter ID card number/passport number and verification code. Then the user can receive the e-mail from our system which notes that the password has been reset successfully. (The username can not be changed)
The system will show the e-mail address in case the user forgot the e-mail address when registering.
4、Q: What to do when employee forgot the e-mail address or the e-mail address can not use?
A:Please contact eFESCO service people to update the e-mail address in the FESCO system
5、Q: What to do if user’s mail box is unable to receive the e-mail about password reset?
A: Please fax the copy of ID card/passport with both front and back sides to 021-24209989, or send the scan to and then contact to FESCO hotline 4001962002 to reset password.
Please note “Password reset, name, employee ID” when you fax or send scan.
6、Q: Why the web shows “account is locked” when logging on?
A: When enter wrong password for 6 times, the account will be locked for 24hours.
7、Q: Employee found the password is wrong when logging on, but he still entered the wrong password for several times. Then the employee can not log on successfully even if use the correct username and password getting from online self-help regain function. What’s the reason?
A: If employees enter wrong password more than 6 times, the account will be locked for 24hours. So even if the employee uses the correct username and password, he can not log on successfully.
