- Badges. All sections work towards a number of badges each term. The bad news for Mum is that these need to be sewn onto the uniform!! There is a diagram on the Cub noticeboard that tells you where they need to be (this can also be found on the Scout Association website,
- Please check the noticeboard or website regularly for news:
After children have been in a section for about 4 weeks, they will be invested and asked to make the Scout Promise. They will then become full members of the Group.
If you currently pay UK Income Tax please complete the attachedGift Aid Form and hand it in with the Membership form. This enables us to reclaim tax on your Subscriptions and helps to keep the level of Subs as low as possible.
Child Safety:
All Leaders and Assistants undergo an enhanced CRB check. They are required to undertake appropriate training in First Aid and to comply with the Scout Association’s Child Protection and Anti-Bullying policies.
Please do no hesitate to call me if you have any queries. We hope your child enjoys his/her time in Scouting!
