INVITATION
The Polish Boxing Association kindly invites your national team to our traditional
XXXIIInternational „Feliks Stamm” Tournament for Elite Men and Women.
The event will be held in Warsaw – the capital of Poland.
from September 8/arrival day/ to September 13/departure day/ 2015.
- Rules – AIBA for ELITE
MEN
The competition is open for boxers aged from 19 to 40 years old.
Weight categories – 10 - 46-49 kg, 52 kg, 56 kg, 60kg, 64 kg, 69 kg, 75 kg, 81 kg, 91 kg, +91 kg
Rounds - 3 x 3 min.
AIBA Scoring System will be used.
Boxers must have a valid AIBA International Record Book.
LOC will provide licensed boxing gloves to all Boxers for all Bouts. The gloves are compulsory official items which all boxers must wear, as they will not be allowed to wear their personal ones.
- 10 oz Gloves will be used from Light Flyweight category (46-49kg) to Light Welterweight category(64kg),
- 12 oz Gloves will be used from Welterweight category (69 kg) to Super Heavyweight category (91+ kg).
No headguards will be used according to the AIBA Rules.
WOMEN
The competition is open for boxers from 19 to 40 years old
Olympic weight categories – 3 – 51 kg, 60 kg, 75 kg
Rounds - 4 x 2 min.
AIBA Scoring System will be used.
Boxers must have a valid AIBA International Record Book.
Each boxer (man or woman) and each R/J (man or woman) must have his/her international AIBA Record Book as well as up to date medical examinations.
LOC will provide licensed head guards and boxing gloves to all boxers for all bouts. The gloves are compulsory official items which all Boxers must wear, as they will not be allowed to wear their personal ones.
Headguards will be used according to the AIBA Rules.
- Participation – from each invited country maximum 6 boxers can participate (men and women together)in different weight categories:
1-2 boxers – 1 official
3-4 boxers – 2 officials + AIBA R/J
5-6 boxers – 3 officials + AIBA R/J
All coaches must be AIBA Certified Coaches, registered in the AIBA Database as LOC will check each Coach’s status at the time of registration. Without the appropriate AIBA certification, coaches will not be allowed to enter the competition.
3. Financial conditions:
Participants are responsible for providing themselves transportation to and from Warsaw.
All participants will be accommodated at their own cost in amount of:
70 EUR – for double room per person per day (accommodation with 3 meals),
80 EUR – for single room per person per day (accommodation with 3 meals).
Delegations that will come before or leave after foreseen dates and extra persons (officials or boxers) shall pay90 EUR per personper day upon arrival.
All participating federations are required to pay of the total amount for their accommodation by cash in EURO upon arrival.
Pocket money will not be paid.
The organizerdoes not providemedical insurance.
Please bring your national flag 1 x 1,5 m and anthem on CD or MP3.
The Local Organizing Committee will provide:
1/ lodging and board for official delegation according to item 2.
2/ local transportation and transport from/to the airport and from/to the Central Railway Station
3/ training facilities.
4/ Awards – medals for places 1-4 and other prizes.
