Rules and Regulations
ü Only Tamil Nadu Players are eligible to participate.
ü Fide rapid rules in force shall apply and the Swiss system will be followed.
ü Time control: 30 minutes each.
ü First round starts at 11.00am on 17th February 2018
ü Last date for entries is 14th February 2018.
ü No spot entries allowed
ü All participants must be registered with TNSCA. The player registration for the year April 2017-March 2018 is Rs150/- The participants must submit a photo copy of their DOB Certificate along with passport size photograph for registration. Email id is compulsory for all players.
ü Kanchi District Players have to pay Rs.100/- for KDCA player registration for the year April 2017-March 2018 if not paid before.
ü Chess set:-Players must bring their own International Chess sets (and Chess clock if, any)
ü Tie break:-Buchholz tie break system will be applied.
ü The arbiter’s decisions shall be Final and Binding on all players.
ü The organizer TNSCA/KDCA/SVV Vidyalaya reserves the right to admit/refuse any entry without assigning any reason thereof.
ü The organizer TNSCA/KDCA/SVV Vidyalaya reserve the rights of admission to the Venue and lodging places.
ü Participation Certificates will be given to all participants.
ü Out station players will be provided dormitory accommodation at school class rooms.
