Under the Arizona Public Records Law § 39.101et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that:
1) The FBI document claiming "FBI agent George Walker was terminated for perjury and planting evidence" that Maricopa County Prosecutor Susie Charbel used as an exhibit in case CR2008-106594.
2) The names of any and all people and paperwork involved in supplying said document to Maricopa County Prosecutor Ms. Charbel.
3) The names of any and all people and agencies along with all paperwork that said document was also supplied to and all other records related to this matter.
I agree to pay reasonable duplication fees for the processing of this request.
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $20.
However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of Justice.
Please provide expedited processing because delay in disclosure could cause a loss of substantial due process rights. This information is critical to obtain before John Stuart T008067sentencing on January, 03, 2014 in case CR2008-106594.
The public and I need to address serious allegations of governmental wrongdoing in a timely manner in which there exist possible questions about the government's integrity which affect public confidence.
