9 To consider matters arising from the Minutes
9.1 Min 11/16f - Tesco's Bags for Change - to note that Cllr Lin Wheelan has submitted an application to Tesco.
9.2 Min 22/16c – Vince Irwin – Beach Tenders - to decide what response, if any, to make to the letter left on table from previous meeting and letters objecting to siting of kayaks by tender holder.
9.3 Min 25/16 – Consideration of matters relating to Lighting – to decide which street lights at Rosea Bridge Lane/Rews Close, affected by the works to upgrade the electricity supply, are to be replaced and when.
9.4 Min 28/16c – Vince Irwin – Freedom of Information Request - to decide what response, if any, to make to the letter left on table from previous meeting.
9.5 Min 30/16 - Beach Tenders
9.5.1 Vince Irwin - request for explanation of why a tender was not awarded for 2016 for Stand Up Paddleboards.
9.5.2 To note that the Monitoring Officer has received a complaint regarding tendering.
10 Community Volunteer Scheme
To decide how to progress a Community Volunteer Scheme.
11 Football Club lease
To note the email from Combe Martin Football Club regarding the lease.
12 Report from Flooding Working Party meeting
12.1 To note the report from the meeting held on 8 June, 2016 (to follow).
12.2 To decide whether to accept the recommendation to hold a Flooding Awareness and Self-help Day.
12.3 If necessary, to set a date for the Open Day and decide how to progress the Day.
13 Coastal Communities Fund
13.1 To note the deadlines and criteria for the Coastal Communities Fund.
13.2 To decide whether or not to apply.
13.3 To decide what to apply for and how this fits with the Fund criteria.
13.4 To decide what other organisations may be willing to become involved in the project.
14 Village Hall
14.1 To note the efforts being made to improve the appearance and function of the Village Hall.
14.2 To decide what response to make to the request by the Village Hall Community Group to move the flagpoles at the Village Hall.

19 Resolution to exclude the Press and the Public, in view of the confidential nature of the item to be discussed.
20 National pay agreement
To note the details of the national pay agreement, which has now been settled.
21 Roadsweeper
To note that NDC's Roadsweeper, Martin Ford, has retired and to decide whether to mark this event.
