Many medical examinations, report, forms, certificates, vaccinations are not covered under our General Medical Services contract and are therefore not a NHS service. Some forms appear deceptively simple but need a full examination or review of medical records for their completion. Examinations take time – so please tell reception if you are making an appointment for an examination. Fees due are usually payable by the patient at the time of examination or on collecting of forms/certificates. Please do not be offended if we request payment before handing over documents, so do come prepared.
