CLASS 1 PRELIM 14 (2006). Warm up class for competitors in Class 2 only.
CLASS 2 (a) PRELIM 17 (2014). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. This section is for current Riding Club, Pony Club and Club Centre Members only and riders must not be members or horses/ponies registered with British Dressage.
CLASS 2 (b) PRELIM 17 (2014). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. This section is open to any rider and if British Dressage member, must be a group 7 or 8 rider. Horses/ponies to have no BD points.
CLASS 2 (c) PRELIM 17 (2014). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. This section is open to all riders and if BD member, must be a group 7 or 8 rider. Horses/ponies to have no BD novice points.
CLASS 3 NOVICE 28 (2008). Warm up class for competitors in Class 4 only.
CLASS 4 (a) NOVICE 39 (2010). CHAMPIONSHP CLASS. This section is for current Riding Club, Pony Club and Club Centre Members only and riders must not be members or horses/ponies registered with British Dressage.
CLASS 4 (b) NOVICE 39 (2010). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. This section is open to all riders and if horse BD registered must have less than 124 points.
CLASS 5 ELEMENTARY 44 (2002). Warm up class for competitors in Class 6 only.
CLASS 6 (a) ELEMENTARY 53 (2007). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. This section is for current Riding Club, Pony Club and Club Centre Members only and riders must not be members or horses/ponies registered with British Dressage.
CLASS 6 (b) ELEMENTARY 53 (2007). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. This section is open to all riders and if horses/ponies are BD registered to have less than 199 points.
CLASS 7 MEDIUM 71 (2002). Warm up class for competitors in Class 8 only.
CLASS 8 MEDIUM 76 (2016). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. Open to all.
CLASS 9 ADVANCED MEDIUM 90 (2012). Warm up class for competitors in Class 10 and 11 only.
CLASS 10 ADVANCED MEDIUM 91 (2016). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. Open to all.
CLASS 11 FEI PSG (2009). CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS. This class is not open to non BD Members.

QUALIFICATION RULES:
To qualify to enter the Festival, all riders must submit TWO dressage sheets obtained in the qualifying period 1 January 2016 to 31 August 2016 and these tests must be judged by an official BD judge for that level
Prelim – List 6 or above
Novice – List 5 or above
Elementary – List 4 or above
Medium – List 3 or above
Advanced Medium – List 3A or above
PSG - List 2 or above
A copy of the score sheet/s must be attached to the entry form. Photocopies will be accepted but must clearly show date and venue of competition and name of judge who judged the class.
PRELIM AND NOVICE: 2 score sheets from any Riding Club, Pony Club, Club Centre or BD competition (affiliated or unaffiliated) with 64% or above.
ELEMENTARY: 2 score sheets from any Riding Club, Pony Club, Club Centre or BD competition (affiliated or unaffiliated) with 62% or above.
MEDIUM AND ADVANCED MEDIUM: 2 score sheets from any Riding Club, Pony Club, Club Centre or BD competition (affiliated or unaffiliated) with 60% or above
PSG: 1 score sheet from any BD competition (affiliated or unaffiliated) with 60% or above.
Eligibility of the horse/pony is taken at the date of entry and if the horse/pony subsequently upgrades to a higher level then the qualification will still stand.
Rules will be as per British Dressage rules but it should be noted that this is an unaffiliated dressage competition. Commanders and whips will be allowed in the WARM UP CLASSES only. NO WHIPS OR COMMANDERS IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP CLASSES.
There will be TWO Judges on the Championship classes.
Warm up classes: 1st – 6th rosettes.
Championship Classes: Winner sash, 1st – 6th rosettes and prizes 1st – 3rd.
Entries will be drawn for starting times.
Entries close on 7 October 2016. NO TELEPHONE ENTRIES. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED under any circumstances. The Organiser reserves the right to decline any entry, combine, divide or cancel any class, if there are insufficient entries.
Cheques made payable to Scotland & North England Dressage Festival. No entry will be accepted without the correct remittance. Entries received without the correct remittance will be returned in the post. This rule will be strictly adhered to.

STABLING INFORMATION:
Stabling will be required to be hired in and will cost £65 for duration whether one, two or three nights. Own bedding has to be supplied. Stables have to be booked at the time of entry and once booked, there will be no refund.
