Ø  Revised guidelines for review

Ø  Credit Hour policy is being created and will referenced in this document

Ø  Question on requiring number of Learning Objectives or Competencies / remove ‘you shall’

·  Base on institutional standards or accrediting standards?

Ø  Include structure and transferability information (less than 3 objectives is hard to evaluate for transferability), Stacy Tomhave will draft these details and send to Gale

Ø  Discussion on including course outline definitions – consider linking to web site: Learning Central Knowledge Base

Ø  Please review and give suggestions by February 17 to Gale, revised copy will be added to CC web site to be approved at March 3 meeting

AQIP Requirements:

Ø  Provide evidence on Category 1 – Helping Students Learn

Ø  Gale created a cross-walk, comparing with AASC requirements

Ø  Process and evidence need to be shown with data
