SUPPLY LIST FOR 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR

NOTE:1.PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS - It will help your child.

2.PLEASE MARK EVERY SUPPLY IN LARGE PRINTING.

3.Supplies need to be brought to school the first day.

4.Additional items may be requested by your child’s teacher after school commences.

5.Paper, pencils, crayons, glue, and water paints don’t last forever. Some items may need

to be replaced throughout the year.

6.REGULAR CRAYONS ONLY – NO FLUORESCENT, NEON, GLITTER, WASHABLE, ETC. PLEASE!
