Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Contract.

If the Restatement involves reconfiguration, modifications, etc, construction progress reports are required for the construction reconfiguration.
The frequency of the report depends on the forecasted duration of the work.
If the period of construction upon Restatement is:

■  less than 6 months in duration: the Supplier is required to submit a monthly report to the IESO.
■  greater than 6 months and less than 12 months: the Supplier is required to submit a bi-monthly report to the IESO.
■  greater than 12 months: the Supplier is required to submit a quarterly report to the IESO.
