Robbie is exactly who we want representing our brand. He is courteous, charming and always engaged with the residents. Whatever it takes to make someone’s day; Robbie will make it happen! No matter what is asked he always ends the conversation with, “no problem” or “absolutely”. He is a self starter and thinks of ways on how the residents can enjoy their time in the dining rooms. I recall a time when one of the residents was upset when they asked for a donut that we did not have in house. Robbie proceeded to call his mom and she brought a dozen donuts to Pine Run. He not only shared it with the resident but he also made sure that there was one donut for the entire dining room. The resident was smiling from ear to ear. Robbie exemplifies the word hospitality by his actions and words. Everyone on our team at Pine Rune enjoys working with Robbie as he is a fun person to be around.
