Booking Conditions
A parent or other responsible adult must remain
with the member at all times whilst at Camp.
Horses/ponies must be loaded onto a trailer or horsebox when not being ridden (e.g. during lunch break) and will require their own filled hay net. For those parents who wish to do so, it may be possible to hire a stable for the duration of Camp. This will incur an additional charge at cost.
The Camp Team reserves the right to request that a parent remove their child and/or pony from Camp for unacceptable behaviour. This would be most unfortunate but is for the safety and enjoyment of all attending. There will be no refund.
All horses/ponies must have a passport and up-to-date tetanus and flu vaccinations to be able to attend Camp. Passports must remain with the horse during camp by law.
To attend Camp the member must have attended a minimum of 2 rallies during 2018 on the horse/pony they plan to bring to camp.
No responsibility can be accepted for pony, tack and personal belongings of any child at Camp.
All items brought into Camp must be named.
The Camp Team, instructors, and others responsible for the running of camp will endeavour to ensure the wellbeing of any child at camp but cannot be held responsible for this.
The normal insurance provisions negotiated on behalf of The Pony Club apply at Camp.
Notification must be given if a child is removed from Camp.
All children must accept and abide by directions and instructions given by those responsible for the running of Camp (including when parent/guardian present).
There will be no refund of fees once a child has arrived at Camp.
If in the opinion of the Camp Team a pony attending camp is in such condition that it cannot be expected to complete Camp without injury or hardship to itself then the child and pony will be required to leave. Please ensure that your pony is fit, well and suitably shod.
All rules and regulations are in place to maximise safety and to enable Junior Camp to operate smoothly and provide a fun experience for both child and pony.
I understand and agree to the Booking Conditions for Junior Camp 2018 and have explained to my child the importance of good behaviour.
