TALENT ACQUISITION RESOURCER INTERN
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: London
Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer Intern to find high quality candidates for our global offices. In this role, you will be able to develop a solid pipeline of candidates in the new and growing industry of FinTech, show your creativity, and gain experience as a talent recruiter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Source talented individuals using a proactive approach, and utilising a variety of different sourcing methods
· Use social media to find passive talents
· Become an expert in finding niche sets as well as selling PPRO as an employer of choice
· Build relationship with prospective candidates and find creative solutions of attracting the right people to our roles
· Immerse yourself with PPRO and the key departments
· You will be talking knowledgeable about the culture, career opportunities, benefits as well as the roles themselves
· Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
· Screen CVs and interview candidates to determine fit
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Energetic, articulate, creative and resourceful in finding new ways to meet your goals
· Excellent command of English, German as a second language preferred
· Self-motivated, and a self-starter
· Immediately available
· Experience with resourcing for insights/Data/Research is a major advantage
