We are looking for an experienced Assistant Head or Head Teacher to join our Leadership Team as the Head of School at Cambridge APAcademy... This job is about more than school leadership;it is about turning around the lives of vulnerable learners. It is a big challenge, but also an inspiring opportunity to work with young people with complex needs who require extra support to achieve their ambitions.
Cambridge AP is a secondary alternative provision (AP) Academythat provides full-time education and support for up to 35 learners who are not accessing mainstream schools. We have an inclusive philosophy and believe passionately in giving every learner as many chances to succeed as possible. Our aim is to deliver the academy to Ofsted ‘outstanding’ within the next three years. The support offered by our school enables young people to achieve their full potential. Our Academy has an extremely effective team who work with learners to minimize barriers to learning and who provide individual and family support
