(collectively, “SAGE”) is producing an audio-visual production (the “Video”) for educational, commercial, marketing and promotional purposes containing photographs, video scenes, events and/or interviews depicting the property located at , described as follows:

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and will not be contested, I hereby authorize SAGE, its affiliates, licensees, assignees, and authorized agents (collectively, the “SAGE Parties”) to shoot the Video footage at the property listed above, and hereby irrevocably grant to SAGE in perpetuity the absolute right and permission to copyright, use, exhibit, display, print, reproduce, televise, broadcast and/or distribute, for any lawful purpose, in whole or in part, through any means without limitation, any scenes containing the above described premises, all without inspection or further consent or approval by me of the Video or of the use to which it may be applied.

Permission includes the right to bring personnel and equipment onto the property and to remove them after completion of the Video. The permission herein granted shall include the right, but not the obligation, to photograph, videotape and/or otherwise record the actual name and any indicia connected with the property and to use such name and indicia in the Video, at SAGE’s discretion.

I warrant and represent that I have the full right and authority to solely enter into this Release concerning the above described property, and I hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold SAGE and the SAGE Parties harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, costs, damages or claims of any nature arising from, or concerning the use of the above described property except those directly proven to be solely caused by the negligent acts or deliberate misconduct of SAGE or its authorized agents.

This Release sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, oral or written. This Release is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
