Reports to: Marketing Director

SUMMARY
Serves as an integral hands-on member of the marketing department through successful completion of daily responsibilities, including proposals, qualifications, communications program implementation, thought leadership collateral, press releases, and social media.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing collateral materials.
- Conceptualize, research, and produce marketing and project-related materials, proposals, qualifications and presentations.
- Writes non-technical text for submissions, as well as some preparation of technical text to assist Principals.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all marketing materials.
- Develop messages are supportive of and consistent with brand marketing strategies.
- Create social media outreach (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Schedule, create and deliver email campaigns.
- Actively participate in updating web content
- Coordinate tradeshow and seminar participation and deliverables.
- Maintain physical and electronic mailing lists within our Deltek Vision system.
- Assist in the selection of sub-consultants for pursuits.
- Updating/scheduling of photography, resumes, project sheets and qualifications content.
- Coordinate efforts with other staff, including some mentoring.
- Create thought leadership materials.
- Craft and deliver press releases, media relations content, white papers and speaking proposals.
- Improve communication efficiencies throughout the firm.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications; orAssociate’s Degree in a business related discipline with at least 5-7 years relevant work experience in a marketing role may be substituted.
EXPERIENCE
At least five years marketingexperience is required. Experience in the marketing function with a professional services company is strongly preferred (A/E/C).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger/handle/feel, reach with hands and arms; frequently required to sit, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch; occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and infrequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
