GENERAL INFORMATION

The Tournament will take place in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria according to the followingprogram:

Transportation from Sofia Airport or Sofia CentralStation to the Blagoevgradand return will be organized.

Without this booking, no transportations are availablefrom the Organizing Committee, therefore, your own transport arrangements will be necessary. Other arrivals by your own means must all proceed to the meeting point (Hotel Ezeretz) at the designated time and location set forth by the Organizing Committee. The Meeting Point for accreditations and payments of all delegations is set up at the Hotel “Ezeretz”.

Transportation will be arranged only from SofiaAirport and Sofia CentralStation.

Visa: Countries requiring a Visa toBulgaria should contact the nearest Bulgarian Consulate. In recent years, the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has become stricter with regards to the issuance of Entry Visas. The waiting period after application of Visas to Bulgaria will vary according to the countries.

Countries requiring a visa must sendthe list of names, copy of thepassport and dates of birth oftheir participants to the Bulgarian Taekwon-Do Federation ITFOrganizing Committee, AS SOON ASPOSSIBLE and not later then 1st October 2008.

Competitors:

It is the participants’ responsibility to havefull Insurance coverage for all eventualities. Organizing committee will not be responsible for any injury or loss for participants before, during, and after the Tournament howsoever arising.

Draw:The Draw and all the payments will take place at the Hotel “Ezeretz” – Blagoevgrad on the 14thof November 2008.

Competitor Dress Code:

1. Contestant shall wear white underpants of dobok and a black belt.
2. Top of dobok will be especially created for Pro Taekwon-uniform in red and blue color. ITF dobok without sleeves will be base for this creation, with certain stile alterations.
3. Pro Taekwon-Do and the name of the fighter will be written on the back.

4. During fight fighters must wear:
-12 ounce gloves and foot protection approved by the Pro TKD Committee and main promoter. Equipment is in blue and red colour.
- groin cup, mouth piece and hand wraps

5. Fighters can wear bandages on their hands and feet. Hands and feet can be wrapped in bandages only in presence of the umpire. With his signature on bandages umpire guaranties that they are properly wrapped without any additions which would create unjustified advantage.

6. Fighters are not obliged, but they can wear shin pads.
