Subject: The Miracle of Life
John will be missed by many BLMer's who worked with him. He was energenic and inovative, a pioneer just when we thought the West was settled. If you read to the bottom of this email, Nyleen who works for the SWCD in Soccorro is also a leader and full of energy. She and John worked together for years on Saltcedar projects. It's amazing that even after one of them left this life, they found a way to help the other.

temporary mailing address. For those who are not aware, in a sudden
chain of events this week Nyleen has been given the gift of a longer
life from the tragic and sudden loss of John Taylor, USFWS Bosque de
Apache Refuge. As of approximately 1300 hours today, Nyleen has had the
tranplant operation and is currently in the Recovery unit (ICU). No
Flowers are allowed given her condition, but get well cards can be sent.
Please keep Nyleen and John's family in your prayers.

PLEASE PUT NYLEEN TROXEL-STOWE ON YOUR PRAYER LISTS!
We have a major God-thing going on!
Our dear friend and collegue John Taylor who worked for years for the US F&W on the Bosque del Apache restoring riparian areas from Salt Cedar to native vegetation died at a very young age. His family knew that Nyleen needed kidneys and the miracle of life is that John was a perfect match for Nyleen. We need to keep John's family in our prayers also. His father is a wonderful supporter of the soil and water conservation districts also--State Representative John Paul Taylor. Please say a special prayer for Nyleen and her husband and we will report progress as soon as we know more.
Nyleen is in Michigan right now waiting for her transplant surgery; she is scheduled for surgery tomorrow the 29th at 7:30 a.m. their time. It is a six hour surgery. Her husband said he would call me when she got out and I will get in touch. Can you forward her hospital info to everyone:
