The Township Committee of the Township of Greenwich held a close-out meeting on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Brian Visconti, Deputy Mayor Greg Blaszka, Committeeman Frank Marchetta, Township Clerk Kimberly Viscomi. Arriving late at 7:40 P.M. Committeewoman Deborah Pasquarelli and Committeewoman Emiliani.

The SUNSHINE LAW was read as follows: "Adequate notice of this meeting was given in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act by: 1. Chris Witman – Stated that the Loitering Ordinance is a great ordinance to protect the children in the Township.
Jim Adams – 210 Aldin Road – Thanked Committeewoman Pasquarelli for serving on the Township Committee and also for helping to establish the Open Space Committee. He also thanked Frank for serving on the Committee.
