I can look at questions at the end of chapters, or I can look at worksheets I’ll be working on that are related to the text. / I write an argument by picking a topic, then picking a side, then picking three reasons why I support my side, and conclude my argument. / I use special marks to designate mistakes in a piece of writing. I edit by going back through the writing and correcting my mistakes. / I can watch a video about the subject and scan an article on the subject. / A central idea is what the writing is mainly about. A detail supports the main idea.
