Class Enrollment Preference 2016-2017
Please mark your first choice of classes with # 1 and your second choice with # 2 as well as any teacher requests. We will try to honor your preferences to the best of our ability. Changes may need to be made due to staffing and enrollment.
Children must reach the correct age for each classroom by August 31 each fall to apply for enrollment in that class. (i.e., Two years old by 08/31/2016 to apply for the Two’s level classes.) This ensures that we are in line with state regulations for public school.

Each application must include a registration fee of $80.00, which is non-refundable unless the school does not have sufficient enrollment to hold a class. Additionally, an updated immunization record is required to complete enrollment.
A minimum two-week notice in writing is required for withdrawal. If a child unexpectedly withdraws, there is no refund or pro-rated fee for that month’s tuition.
