[Enclosure] Furniture & Fixtures Rental

1. This application form is attached to the Furniture Catalog as a supplementary form if you have additional furniture that you need in addition to the basic items for shell scheme booth.
2. The rental price is the unit price that works throughout the Exhibition period and you may leave rentals at the booth after the end of the exhibition.
3. Please be sure to keep the application deadline because it is difficult to secure the quantity.

• The price of items in the furniture & fixtures catalog is based on the exhibition period (5 days), lease and installation(dismantling) period, and does not include VAT.

• You must complete the full payment in accordance with the application details before the contract becomes effective.

• Concurrent contract with rent deposit is concluded. In the event of damage or loss, 70% of the purchase price must be reimbursed.

• The color may be changed depending on the quantity of products shipped. There may be quantity restrictions and price fluctuations on the spot.

• INVOICE will be sent after a final calculation of the amount of additional facilities you applied for.

• The deadline for payment is April 20, 2018, and all contracts related to additional facilities will take effect after confirming that the payment has been made.
