COMPETITION:
Lifting commences at 9.00 every day except Monday 14/05 when it will commence at 9.30 after the Opening Ceremony.
Monday 14/05 BENCHPRESS RAW - All Women & Men Tuesday 15/05 POWERLIFTING RAW -Women & Men up to & including 90kgs (can change depending on number of entries)
Wednesday 16/05 POWERLIFTING RAW -Men -100kgs & above (can change depending on number of entries) Thursday 17/05 BENCHPRESS EQUIPPED – All Women & Men Friday 18/05 POWERLIFTING EQUIPPED - Women & Men up to & including 90kgs (can change depending on number of entries)
Saturday 19/05 POWERLIFTING EQUIPPED -Men -100kgs & above (can change depending on number of entries)
AGM & GPC MEETING:
The Dates & Times for the GPC Board Meeting and the European AGM to be confirmed as per availability of the Board.
BODY WEIGHT CATEGORIES:
Female -44, -48, -52, -56, -60, -67.5, -75, -82.5, -90, +90 kg.
Male -52, -56, -60, -67.5, -75, -82.5, -90, -100, -110, -125, -140, +140 kg.
AGE CATEGORIES:
Teen I. (13-15)*, Teen II. (16-17), Teen III. (18-19), Junior (20-23), Open, Master I. (40-44), Master II. (45-49), Master III. (50-54), Master IV. (55-59), Master V. (60-64), Master VI. (65-69) Master VII. (70-74), Master VIII. (75-79), Master IX. (+80).
*Minimum age of lifting at GPC Competitions is 13 years of age.

Entries received after this closing date will have to pay a late fee penalty of €30.
ENTRY FEE:
Open and Masters: · One (1) event €62
· Each additional event €35
Juniors and teens: · One (1) event €42
· Each additional event €30
The Entry fee must be paid in advance to the bank account, by the closing date, or the €30 late fee will apply.

Each lifter must submit their entry forms & fees to their own National Federation for inclusion on the Team List which the National Federation must submit to the organisers. Only lifters from countries which do not have a National Federation registered with the GPC may entry individually directly to the organisers.
