8. All golfers must be WPGA members in good standing to participate in “Open Days” at Member Clubs.

9. All rounds played during the “active season” in a state other than where a player’s home club is located must be posted and the handicap index recalculated prior to the first WPGA event or match in which a member participates.

10. All stroke scores must be adjusted according to the 1998 equitable stroke control.

13. It is permissible, according to the USGA Handicap Index System, to reduce the handicap of a player who consistently scores better in tournaments than in informal rounds.

14. If a player belongs to more than one club, all scores must be posted at both clubs. A player must play with lowest handicap index if a difference occurs.

15 If a member belongs to two clubs, membership dues are paidto only one club. Clubs which have a “package deal” for their Ladies Association dues are asked to take this ruling into consideration for ladies belonging to two clubs and adjust their package costs to accommodate these members.
