GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. There are to be no variation to the conditions listed below, or on page 2 of this form, or to any approved plan, drawing or sketch.
  1. The traffic control devices as shown on the approved plan(s) must be maintained for the duration of the work.
  1. Traffic control devices that are left over-night must be delineated as per AS1742.
  1. The traffic control devices are to conform to AS1742.
  1. The following Emergency Services are to be notified 48 hours prior to commencement of work.

Any excavation on roads, medians, verges or car parks requires a Road Opening Permit. This can be obtained from the Operational Support Unit (02) 6207 2500. A copy of the approved TTM plan must be attached.

  1. ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE REQUIRED?YES NO

Any total closure of a road or car park requires the completion of a ‘Request for Temporary Road Closure’ form and a minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the Closure. Details can be obtained from the Operational Support Unit(02) 6207 2500.

  1. PARKING IMPACT REQUIRES CONSULTATION?YES NO

Work that affects the operation of car parks, parking meters, loading zones etc will require consultation with Parking Operations (02) 6207 7200. Formal agreement may be required.
