of Unifight World Championship among youth 14-15, 16-17 years old

1.Aims and Goals
- competitions are held with the purpose of popularization of “UNIFIGHT” among youth in the countries of the World;
- to determine the personal winners in each age and weight category;
- to determine the winners in the team competitions of the Member States for a better result in the individual competitions of athletes in weight and age categories. Ladder is made of 11 (eleven) the best results of athletes of participating countries;
- to speed up the work of National federations “Unifight” with youth in the World;
- to exchange of experience in the work with youth, to consolidate the international sports connections.
2. Organization, timing and location of the competition
The competitions are held in Medyn (Russia) in Sport Hall “Russian Fight” on thе 18th – 25thof September 2017.
3. Administration of World Championship
General administration of World Championship is within the organizational committee.
Actual administration of the competitions is handled by the head of the referee board. Championship Refereeing is carried out according to the competitions Statutes of “UNIFIGHT”.

The present statute is issued in Russian and English languages.
4.Participants of the competitions
The National Federation collects the team of two age groups:
- middle youth 14-15 years old, senior youth 16-1 7 years old in weight category, the age is defined on the day of competitions in accordance with the Rules of Unifight.
Team staff of boys :
14-15 years old: 45kg, 50kg, 55 kg, 60kg, 65kg,70kg, +70kg
16-17 years old: 55kg, 60kg, 65kg,70kg, 75kg, 80kg, +80kg
Team staff ofgirls:
14-15years old: 32кg, 37кg, 42кg, 47кg, 52кg, +52кg
16-17 years old: 37кg, 42кg, 47кg,52кg, 57кg, 62кg, +62кg
Program of competitions
18th of September:
- till 14.00 -arrival of teams, quartering;
-14.00 - 17.00 - weighing, Mandate Commission (sportsman must havetwo sets of uniform – blue and red colors);
-17.00 – 17.30 - meeting of the referees and the representatives of NF teams;
-17.30 – 19.00 - training on the zone of obstacles, casting lots of the Championship participants is held by the Head referee.
Participants who are late to the Mandate Commission and weighting are not allowed to participate in the competitions.
LIGHT
19th of September:
10:00 – preliminary single combats of all the weight classes in light Unifight among boys and girls;
14.00-15.30 – break;
15.30 – 18.00 - preliminary single combats of all the weight classes in light Unifight among boys and girls;
18.30 – grand opening of UNIFIGHT World Championship.
20th of September:
10.00 –14.00 – preliminary combats of all weight classes in light Unifight among boys and girls;
14.00-15.30 – break;
15.30- 19.00 –semi- final duels of Light Unifight among boys and girls;
21st of September:
10.00 –14.00 –final combats of all weight classes in light Unifight among boys and girls; awarding of champions and winners in Light Unifight among boys and girls.
16.00 - 18.00 - weighing, Mandate Commission ; casting lots of the Championship participants
in Classic Unifight.
Participants who are late to the Mandate Commission and weighting, are not allowed to participate in the competitions.
Classic Unifight
22th of September:
10:00 – preliminary single combats of all the weight classes in Unifight among boys and girls;
14.00-15.30 - break;
15.30 - preliminary single combats of all the weight classes in Unifight among boys and girls.
23rd of September:
10.00 –semi-final single combats of all the weight classes in Unifight among boys and girls.
14.00-15.30 - break;
15.30 – semi-final single combats of all weight classes in Unifight among boys and girls.
24th of September:
10.00 –semi-final single combats of all the weight classes in Unifight among boys and girls.
14.00-15.30 - break;
15.30 – semi-final single combats of all weight classes in Unifight among boys and girls.
25th of September:
10.00 - final duels of Unifight among boys and girls.
On finishing - the ceremony of awarding, closing of Unifight World Championship. Departure of the teams.
The order of casting
1.Casting in each category is general, after weighing on the day of arrival.
2.The chief of team gives the application form, passport, insurance policy for each participant to Mandate Commission on the day of arrival.
Uniform of the sportsmen
Kimono of red and blue colors, gloves for hand-to-hand combat with open fingers, boxing helmet, combat shoes with soft sole without edging, shields on shin and foot instep, safe shell, capa. Helmet and gloves should match to the kimono color. For the girls – protective equipment for the breasts and white shirt.
Each sportsman must have two sets of uniform – blue and red colors. Each sportsman will have the individual number which will be on his kimono.
Each National team must have 2 Unifight knives, pneumatic gun.
Conditions of the competitions handling
1. The competitions are held on Olympic system – leaving the field after the 1st defeat.
2.In accordance with the quantity of participants has, who has weighted and passed the casting, the scale of duels is made with the expectation to lead their quantity to 1/8, ¼ and ½ of final.
3. In a case when in the several weight categories it will be less than 3 - 4 participants the duals will be held in the circular system.
5. Winners identification
- the winner of the final combat or the winner of circular tournament takes the first place;
- the one who lost or the 2nd winner of circular tournament in the weight category – the second place;
- the ones who lost the semi-final combats or the winner of the 3rd place in the circular tournament get third places;
- in the weight categories in which the winners will be pointed in the circular tournament the places are distributed of the largest number of victories. In the case of the tied score – of the mutual duel of the challengers for one place, of the shortest time for the winning duel.
Rewarding
The participants in each age group and weight category are awarded:
- for the 1st place, the 2nd and the 3rd places (2) - diplomas , medals.
Winners and prize-winners of the Championship who do not appear to be awarded, lose a medal, a diploma and the title of the champion and the winners.
6. Reception of the guests and the financing
- Trip, meals, accommodation, visa of the participants – on behalf of National Federations.
- Accommodation - 1000 - 1400 rubles
- 3 Meals - 600 rubles
- The free will charitable start fee for involvement in competitions compounds 2000 rubles from each participant.
- In view of security the participants are to stay in the hotel of "Vozrojdenie".
The sportsmen which have paid a fee for involvement in the World Championship “Unifight” are releasedfrom the free will charitable start feefor involvement in the World Championship “Light Unifight” and accordingly on the contrary.
7. Organizational matters
1. The present Statute is the official call for the Unifight World Championship among youth.
2. All the teams must have two national flags and national anthem for the ceremony of awarding.
3. The participants arrived after the call must provide the Mandate Commission through their representative or personally with the application in two copies, documents identifying their personality as well as the insurance policy for each sportsman.
In order to get entrance visas to Russia in time foreign participants of the Championship must confirm their participation not later than the 20th of August, 2017 indicating passport data (xerox copies of the passports) of all the members of the delegation, place of work or study, position, study and home address.
