Oral defense and announcement of winners: Wednesday, June 26th 2013
This questionnaire is composed of 2 parts : the first one describes your CSR strategy, the second one develops your initiative.
This questionnaire must be filled with Arial 10 Police and sent as a MS Word format. The size of frames for answer is provided as a suggestion and can be modified accordingly to your desires. However, the final document shall not exceed 5 pages. No other attachment will be accepted.
The filled questionnaire must be accompanied with 2 MS Power Point slides presenting :
-your CSR strategy
-your initiative
