Professional Experience Details:
1). Name of the organization: M/s Ion Exchange (I) Ltd, Mumbai. Designation : Sr. Executive – Field Services Job Profile : In-charge Electrical & Instrumentation. Period of employment : 05-Nov-2012 to till date.
Ion Exchange Projects & Engineering Ltd engaged EPC/ LSTK Projects based on Water Systems. We are professional in Planning, Erection & Commissioning of all type equipment’s and machineries related to all type water packages systems specially for Raw Water Pre-Treatment Plant, De Minerals – Portable Water System, Side Stream Filtration Plant, Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU System), CW Dosing System, UF System and RO Plant Systems, Soft water plant. Also we are responsible for all type of Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical maintenance work till P.G.Test and Handover of our plant / system.
Job Responsibility: As a In-Charge my job involves the complete management of site, i.e. Planning, Erection, Commissioning, its trouble shooting, Final Performance Guarantee Test Report- PGTR and hand over of plant.
Project Handled:
1. D.B. Supper Thermal Power Plant 600X2 MW Champa Raigarh (C.G) From Nov-2012 to Dec-2013 – Project Completed. D.B. Power is the client & L&T Power ltd is the main contractor and project regarding to Supply, Erection, Commissioning of DM Plant – 3x90 m³/hrs, PT Plant, UF System, CW Dosing System, AVGF System, CPU System.
2. NTPC Tamil Nadu Energy Company Limited Vallur Thermal Power Project (3x500 MW) at Attippatu Pudunagarh, Chennai - Project Completed. NTECL Vallur is the client and project regarding to the RO based on Desalination Plant of minimum capacity (Permeate flow) of 150 m³/hrs. Scope of work- Supply, Erection, Commissioning of DM Plant, PT Plant, Chemical house, Pump House, Pressure Filters, RO System, Blowers. Including all its piping with Electrical and Instrumentation works.
Role:- Coordination in PG test completion as an In-charge E&I.
3. JSW Steel Toranagallu, Bellary- 12 MTPA (Karnataka) From Jan-2014 to May-2016 – Project Completed. JSW is the client and project regarding to the Water Package. Scope of work- Supply, Erection, Commissioning of Pump House, Pressure Filters, UF, RO System, Heat Exchanger, Softener Unit, Scrapper, Sludge Thickener, Blowers. Including all its piping with Electrical and Instrumentation works.
3.1 SMS-III – Water Complex System (WCS) - Completed.
3.2 BRM-II – Utility System – Completed.
4. N.T.P.C Sholapur Supper Thermal Power Plant 660X2 MW (Maharashtra) From June-2016 – On going Project. NTPC is the client and project regarding to Supply, Erection, Commissioning of DM Plant – 3x90 m³/hrs, PT Plant, UF System, CW Dosing System, RGF System, CPU System, Chlorination house, Lamella Clarifier.

2). Name of the organization: M/s Das Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Designation : Sr. Engineer – Electrical. Job Profile : Planning, Commissioning and Testing. Period of employment : 12-July-2011 to 4-Oct-2012.
DIPL is sister concern of Das Offshore Engineering Pvt. Ltd engaged in erection and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation activities in offshore & onshore.
Job Responsibility: As a Project Engineer my job involves the complete planning, commissioning, testing and its troubleshooting in Offshore Oil & Gas Projects. During this tenure involved in rehabilitation works for offshore complexes, shut down-Hook up and assisted for tender submission, onshore maintenance activities, etc.
Project Handled:
1. WIN REVAMP PROJECT. (Project Completed) for M/s O.N.G.C. Ltd. Mumbai.
ONGC is the client & Leighton India Pvt ltd is the main contractor for the project .This project includes replacement of Main Injection Pumps, Sea Water lift pumps, Booster Pumps, FG Skid, Fine filters, Coarse filters, Chlorinators, Fire Water system, DO tower, Instrument & Utility compressors, Sump pump, Transformers, Utility Generators, HV & LV Switchgears, DCS Up-gradation, Battery replacement, etc.
3). Name of the organization: M/s Rohini Industrial Electricals Limited Mumbai.
Designation : Technical Support (Under Contract Basis with Kelly Services). Job Profile : Planning, Commissioning and Testing. Period of employment :16-Nov-2010 to 25-June-2011.
