Present: Tom Irzyk, Carl Schaefer, Louise L'Heureux, Karen LaPlume, Lynn Allen, Anthony Blinn, Helene Bickford, Chris Sounia, Christine Frost, Robert Aubin, Jaime Calangelo, Angela Smith, Dawn Labrecque, Shelley Jolicoeur, Judith Berthiaume, Cheri Coughlin, Elizabeth Lambert, Lisa Hebert, Soule Lambert, and a number of students

1.  Call to Order – Mr. Irzyk called the meeting to order at 5:05 P.M.

2.  Immediate Business

A. Citizen’ Comments: A number of citizens, parents, school personnel, and students were present and commented on various issues including policies, classroom procedures, school climate, and communication. A parent letter and the response from the principal were presented for review.

B. Non-Public Session (NH RSA 91-A:3, II., a, c) – Mr. Irzyk called for a motion to go in to a non-public session.

A motion was made to enter a non-public session at 5:50 P.M. by Karen LaPlume and seconded by Louise L'Heureux.

Carl Schaefer – Yes

Tom Irzyk – Yes

All in Favor

Motion passed

Louise L’Heureux left the meeting at 6:15.

A motion was made to come out of the non-public session at 7:00 P.M. by Karen LaPlume and seconded by Tom Irzyk.

A motion was made to seal the minutes of the non-public session until 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 3 by Karen LaPlume and seconded by Carl Schaefer.

C. Teacher Nominations – Mrs. Bickford presented the list of certified teachers for nomination.

A motion was made to accept the certified roster as presented by Karen LaPlume and seconded by Carl Schaefer.

3. Adjournment of Business Meeting, Time 7:05 P.M.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 P.M. by Carl Schaefer and seconded by Karen LaPlume.
