NOTES TO EMPLOYERS:
- Registration Fee: $425.00
- Closing Date for this event will be when the first 65 organizations are confirmed.
- Each vendor will be provided a 6 ft. table with 2 chairs.
- Please bring only desk/table top displays due to limited space availability.
- There is no guarantee for electrical outlets. Therefore, prepare yourself to bring displays without electrical extensions.
- Two lunchtickets for tworepresentativeswill be provided. Any additional representatives will have to pay for their lunch meal ($8.25 per person).
- Due to security policies and procedures no items (equipment and supplies) pertaining to the job fair can be mailed in advance/prior to the event.

- Space is limited to 65 registrants. The first 65completed registrations, with payment received,will be confirmed to attend the event. Please be advised, tables for this event are normally filled within a forty-five
(45) day period. Therefore, we urge that you complete your registration packet in its entirety without delay.
- No refunds for cancellations received after May2, 2016.
- Faxed registration forms will not be accepted.
- In fairness to job seekers, we ask that all employers have a representative remain until the conclusion of the job fair at 2 p.m.
- Please note, the Garrison Commander would like to have each company/organization representative in attendance at 8:30 a.m. May 25, 2016for opening remarks. We strongly urge that each designated representative arrange to attend this special event.
- A continental breakfastwill be served beginning at 7 a.m. The breakfast will be free of charge to all vendors.
- Primary objective for the Fort Meade job fair events is to recruit only those organizations that will be hiring job seekers for salary.
Confirmation letters with directions to Fort Meadewill be forwarded to designated company/organization representatives once all requirements for registration are completed.
Representatives’ names must be provided in the area designated on the front page of the registration formin order to prepare the Installation Access List. If there are any changes or additional names tobe added, please provide those changes or additional names, no later than May 9, 2016, for inclusion on the Installation Access List. There will be no changes allowed to the access roster after May 9, 2016.
ALL VISITORS: Regardless whether your representatives’ names are listed on the Access Roster, upon entering Fort Meade you are still subject to a security check based on Department of Defense and Homeland Security policies and procedures. You must show your vehicle registration, proof of identification (drivers’ license) and current proof of vehicle insurance. Please carry under consideration Fort Meade is ahighly secured military installation, therefore, anyone entering the installation is subject to a security check. Please allow adequate time for entering onto Fort Meade and exhibit set-up. Set-up time will begin at 7 a.m. on May 25, 2016. If you arrive at the main gate (Reece Road) after 7:45 a.m. on the day of the event, you will most likely be late for the event. It is of utmost importance that you make every attempt to enter the installation between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.
