The unit BKF is designedfor removing of firm particles from drilling solutions by dosed inputting of chemical flocculant and coagulant. BKF provides cleaning of drilling solutions up to the necessary concentration with the purpose of another use for drilling.
BKF should be installed in immediate proximity from a centrifuge included as the part of drilling equipment.

The UNIT DESCRIPTION, FUNCTIONING of The UNIT and its
components
The units are made as blocks and have full autonomy. All the equipment is mounted in the thermal insulation container. The container is divided by the partition into two compartments: a working compartment and a laboratory zone.
In the working compartment there are tanks for stirring flocculantsand coagulants. Stirring is performed by means of mixers with drives. Signaling devices of the bottom level of the liquid are mounted in the tank. The feed of the stirred mixture is performed by means of screw electro pump units through the bottom branch pipe of the tank from the tanks into the feeding line of drilling solution. The feeding lines are supplied with locking armature and return valves.
The acid tank, that is made from chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel, is tightly closed with a lid and supplied with an exhaust fan, which is connected with open air through box.
The dosing acid pump performs the feeding of acid from the tank into thefeeding line of drilling solution.
The binding of the acid pump is made from plastic, rubber and chromium-nickel-molybdenum pipelines and armature. The feeding line of drilling solution is made of plastic pipelines and represents a coil vertically fixed on the panels of the container.
In the coil, through which drilling solution is fed, the injection of chemical solutions is performed which were prepared in the tanks up to necessary concentration by means of the listed pumps.
The coil contains: a static mixer, an electro contact manometer, return valves and locking armature.
The static mixer provides turbulence and mixing of the stream.
The electro contact manometer works in case of the increase of pressure of a working mix above allowable pressure.
Also, in a working compartment there is emergency sprinkling, an exhaust fan, a metalwork workbench with a vice.
In a laboratory zone there is an electro board with frequency converters with which are performed management and regulation of technological process. The glass partition allows to visually supervise functioning of the equipment. Also, in a laboratory zone there are washing compartment, a cupboard, a table, chairs and a radiator of heating.
The control and managing devices perform the following functions:
mechanical mixing of reagents in the tanks;
work of all the pumps;
the control of the bottom level in all the tanks;
the control of pressurein the feeding line of drilling solution;
managing of fans;
emergency protection and the signal system.
MULTIPLE-PURPOSE UNIT for CLEARING of DRILLING SOLUTION UBO -1
The Unit for clearing (UBO-1) is designed for taking drilling solution from the oil well and separating the rock while drilling oil and gas wells in the circular net of the drilling units. The Unit can be used for both barn and non-barn (with no wasting) drilling as it enables getting out low-moisture slime. Using the Unit in non-barn drilling is environment-friendly.
UBО-1 provides:
- separating slime from the drilling solution;
- the secondary separating of the solution in the centrifuge with getting out low-moisture slime;
- elaborating the drilling solution with separating back water and low-moisture slime.
For the maximum efficiency we suggest using the Unit with the coagulant-flocculant Unit (BKF-1).

Hydraulic cyclones HC-300P and
polyurethane desilters IG-100P
Hydraulic cyclones HC-300P and desilters IG-300P are used with shaker hydrocyclone units SHCU-1 and other units.
Hydraulic cyclone HC-300P is designed to remove particles up to 0.08 mm out of drilling mud. Depending on characteristics of drilling mud the hydraulic cyclone is equipped with caps with different dump hole diameters. All parts of hydraulic cyclone are connected with quick-disconnect clamps. Hydraulic cyclone are manufactured out of wear resistant polyurethane. The unit consist of parts, which enables replacement of a particular worn-out part, that increases general lifetime of the unit.

Technical characteristics
Desilter IG-100P is designed to remove mud particles 0.08 to 0.04 mm out of drilled mud. When properly used the desilter removes all particles bigger than 25 microns. The destiller consists of 2 doubled caps, 100 mm in diameter each. Depending on required capacity number of the desilters can vary. The desilters are manufactured out of wear resistant polyurethane.
Operation experience proved that lifetime of IG-100P exceeds the lifetime of desilter hydraulic cyclone IG-45 in 1.5-2 times. At almost identical dimensions efficiency of the desilter IG-100P is 1.5 times bigger. Compactness of the unit enables easy arranging with other equipment when mounting cleaning systems.
The desilter doesn’t require any adjustment at operation, depending on characteristics of drilling mud caps with different dump hole diameters are mounted.

VACUUM DECONTAMINATOR

The vacuum decontaminator is designed for decontamination of drilling solutions while eliminating petrodisplays while drilling at the oil and gas-condensate deposits. It is also used as a mixer of the big capacity when clay solutions do not contain any gas.
The decontaminator is used as a part of circulating system for preparing and clearing of the clay solution of drilling units.

SHAKERHYDROCYCLONEUNIT(SHCU)
ShakerHydrocyclone Unitis designed for water treatmentof drilling mud from rock formations while drilling oil and gas wells, getting slime of low moisture content. It is used as a part of circulating systems of drilling rig while pitless and low-waste drilling.
On the present unit the polyurethane hydrocyclones and desilters consisting of sections, that allows to replace only the worn-out part while washing. One operator is enough for worn-out part replacement (unlike metal hydrocyclones).
In SHCU-1M dumping of slime from hydrocyclones and desilters is effected onto the lower grid of the shaker. Mud from well is fed to the upper grid of the shaker. The mud is fed by DSP 250-35.5E pumps.
In SHCU-2M dumping of slime from hydrocyclones and desilters is effected onto the upper grid of the shaker. The mud is fed by DSP 160-32E pumps.
In SHCU-3M dumping of slime from hydrocyclones and desilters is effected onto the upper grid of the shaker. The mud is fed by DSP 250-35.5E pumps

Centrifugal Unit

Is designed for water treatmentof drilling solution from excessive amount of rock formations and regeneration of the weighting compound from the weighted drilling solutions while drilling oil and gas holes. Centrifugal unit isindependent and can also be used in different types of circulating systems with the installation on the rigid base or a mobile platform.
The centrifuge can be installed in the explosion-proof zone of B1G-type, class 2 with the ambient temperature from -40°C to +45°C.
Number of revolutions of the rotor smoothly changes by means of the frequency converter. Thus there is no necessity to use demountable pulleys for step resetting turns of the rotor.
