zone. Use variance to permit 29 single family homes and 30 duplex units.

variance requested for Multi-family. Preliminary Major subdivision and
amended final major subdivision variance for multi-family dwelling.
Appeal # 3799 – Uri Kahanow, 69 Shady Lane Drive, Block 12 Lot 243, R-12 zone. To
construct a single family home. Requesting variance for combined side yard
setback – required 25 feet - requested 20 feet.
Appeal # 3800 – Shell Kat Land, Block 474 Lot 1, Prospect Street, A-1 zone. Use variance
requested to construct duplexes.
7. RESOLUTIONS
Appeal # 3793 – Wembley Stadium, USA, 150 Oberlin Avenue North, Block 1603 Lot 3.01,
M-1 zone. Resolution to deny a use variance to conduct concerts and celebrations where such
activity is not permitted.
Appeal # 3801 – Jay Retter -1 Elderberry Court, Block 11.01 Lot 14.01, R-12 zone. Resolution to approve a variance for front yard setback of Central Avenue, required 30 feet – approved 27 feet.
