Responsibilities:

  • Gathering the customer requirement and giving feedback for the project.
  • Following and controlling the day-to-day rejection through finding root cause and corrective action in the production line.
  • To establish a procedure to describe the method of in process inspection and to ensure that the quality of product is as per the requirements.
  • To ensure that finished product parameters to meets the specified requirements of specification.
  • Clarification/Advice to IQC on the incoming material-rejection/out of specification.
  • Testing of Chokes, Inductors & Transformers.
  • Handling testing equipment like Voltech ATI,Wayne kerr precision magnetic Analyzer, Vasavi Digital turns tester, Vasavi winding turns tester& High voltage tester to measure electrical parameters
  • Implementation of all kinds of Environmental standards for ISO 14001.

Roles Played:

Incoming Line Inspection.

Ensuring that the supplier’s product dimensions are as per specifications before sending them to production.

Line inspection.

Checking the electrical parameters and dimension aspects depending on Specification and checking for problems in sample test on random samples. This helps reducing the rejection percentages in beginning stage.

Testing.

Analyzing and testing different types of transformers and inductors, to ensure that the finished product meets the specified requirements.
