Online registration: You may also register and pay online at Online registration will close on 11/8/2015. Be sure to complete the registration form and the payment online. One application must be completed for each individual attending the conference.

Registration by mail: Complete the application below and mail in with the check or money order payment. One application must be completed for each individual attending the conference. Mail-in registration forms must be post marked before 11/6/2015. If you register by mail you must include payment-do not pay online.

On-site Registration: Although we encourage individuals to register prior to the conference, on-site registration will be available. Please note that only cash, check, or money order will be accepted on site, and credit cards will not be accepted.

Company P.O.s from facility must be paid in full by conference date (you may bring payment) or you MAY NOT attend the conference.

Continuing Education Units: Sessions are subject to change. CEUs are pending approval through the American Therapeutic Recreation Association. ATRA has been reviewed and approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training. There is no additional fee for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for professionals.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable after November 2, 2015.

Scholarships: Scholarships to attend the conference will be awarded to one student member and one professional member. Visit for details and application. Scholarship applications due by 10/14/2015.

Hotel Accommodations: Discounted rates are available at Hampton Inn Princeton (4385 US 1 South Princeton, NJ 08540) and Sonesta E Suites Monmouth Junction. Mention NJ/EPA TRA when you call. Reservations must be made before 10/15/2015.

Promotional items: Don't forget your wallets on the day of the conference! We will have Tshirts and other promotional items for sale at the front desk (most items are under $20). Credit cards will not be accepted.
