MASTER LIST OF CONTROLLED ASC-MSC CERTIFICATION PROGRAM DOCUMENTS (v2.0)

Intent

To provide a controlled, up-to-date and comprehensive listing of current and supersededASC-MSC certification program documents for reference by Conformity Assessment Bodies (CAB) and Accreditation Services International. The program documents include standards, certification requirements, guidance, and associated checklists, forms, templates and manuals.

Format

This controlled document list is set out in twotables listing the documents that comprise the ASC-MSC certification program documents. Table 1 listscurrent program documents, and Table 2lists superseded program documents.The previous version of a program document will be moved to Table 2 upon the date that the new version of the document becomes effective.Note that due to implementation timeframes, a superseded document may still be applicable in some audits.
