EntraPass Corporate Edition configuration for Integration with Victor

Requirements

Victor:
Unified Client and Site Manager v4.4 or higher
EntraPass Integration (ADVC-ENTRAPASS) V4.4 or higher
EntraPass:
EntraPass Corporate Edition v6.01.51 or higher
SmartLink installed
Webstation license activated(See Note 1)
Web Service configured
EntraPass operator dedicated for EntraPass integration
Windows Firewall Exception for Inbound Traffic on TCP 8801

Note 1: ONLY one Webstation license is included by default with EntraPass CE. If Victor EntraPass Integration is used, EntraPass Web & GO cannot be used unless additional licenses are purchased.

IMPORTANT:To ensure a successful integration, all EntraPass Components should be installed, configured and operational prior to Victor configuration.

Configuration

EntraPass:
Webstation license activation:
From CE Server: General Tab/Registration, On the Left pane, select Webstation and click the “Click here to install component” button (See screenshot below)
From a CE workstation: Options Tab/Registration, activate Webstation (as indicated above)

Note: Once the Webstation license is activated, a Data backup will be performed automatically.

Web Service Configuration:
From a Workstation: Devices Tab/Applications/SmartLink/SmartLink Web and API Tab
Check Use Web Service
Set Web Service Protocol to http

Victor EntraPass Integration Operator:
From a Workstation: System/Operator/New Operator
Login Tab
Name: Victor Access
Login name: VictorCE (Must be at least 8 characters)
Password: victor1 (Case-sensitive, must be at least 7-digit)
Enable Concurrent logins
Security Tab
Login Schedule: Always Valid
Security Level: Installer
Workspace: All
Web parameters
Enable Allow login
Enable Concurrent logins
Default message filter: All Events

Windows Firewall Exception:
If the Windows Firewall is enabled, a rule must be created to allow port TCP 8801 inbound traffic on all 3 profiles (Domain, Private and Public).
Please refer to Windows documentation for instructions.

Once EntraPass configuration is complete, the SmartLink window should look like this:
