University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill - Master of Science in Disaster Management (MSDM)
Taught by faculty at one of the top three health administration programs in the U.S, the Master of Science in Disaster Management program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is an online, part-time multidisciplinary graduate program designed for working professionals and leaders in emergency management, fire, law enforcement, public health, medicine, allied health, emergency medical services, veterinary medicine and the military.
Curriculum
The Master of Science in Disaster Management program consists of 60 credit hours taken over a three-year period. With the exception of some required days on campus (24), all courses will be taught online using the latest Internet technology. Thus, working professionals can continue their current jobs while pursuing their degree. Students can expect to spend about 15 hours a week on their studies.
