The Nominating Committee developed this questionnaire to help in the assessment of candidates for nomination to the AIUSA Board of Directors. Each question should be answered as thoroughly as possible. The skills checklist isdesigned to serve as a quick reference for the Nominating Committee. No applicant isexpected to possess all of the listed skills.
