Duties:
· Design, create and maintain all documentation related to several EDCO software product suites.
· Designing and creating documents relating to regular product updates, special announcements, and related white papers.
· Derive relevant information and task flow processes from architecture design documents and programming code.
· Ensure order, clarity, consistency, style, and terminology are met according to company and federal regulations related HIPAA and PHIPAA specifications.
· Integrated Sant RFPMaster into the EDCO RFP response process, successfully cutting RFP response time and building a large database of questions and responses.
· Create, manipulate, revise and use graphics, screenshots, tables, and images for existing documentation as updates become available.
· Review and edit documentation created for other products to ensure clarity, consistency, style.
· Vigorously test new software products/updates to meet company and federal guidelines, reporting subsequent defects or concerns, and working with the development team to resolve them.
· Design, create, and maintain HTML based Help files for EDCO software products, successfully updated Help files to more advanced software better suiting current needs.
· Script, record, and generate video tutorials for specific software functions.

· Solid skills with various Adobe products including Framemaker and InDesign, with developing skills in Adobe’s Web Premium suite.
